PROJECTION OF MEDICAL NEEDS
- Certified Life Care Planners and Medical
Cost Projection Specialists.
- MSA was legislated to protect Medicare
from being placed in a role as primary
payer, when they should rightfully be in
the role as secondary payer and when the primary payer
should be the responsibility of another entity.
- The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services
(CMS) is to be contacted if a Workers'
Compensation Claim is going to settlement,
the claimant will be eligible for Medicare within
30 months, and/or the Settlement is expected
to be more than $250,000.
